EXTRACT OF SSM NOTICE FOR COMPANY ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance to the requirement under section 143(1) Companies Act 1965, Sir/Madam has to hold your company Annual General Meeting (AGM) before the due date (kindly refer to our annual reminder letter).
Provision of Companies Act 1965

| 169(1) | Directors are required to table the Audited Financial Statement in the AGM. The AGM shall be conducted not later than 6 months from the financial period ended. | 30,000 |
Notes
- All the provision of the law as stated above shall be followed by all companies including dormant companies. Those who fail to comply with the above provisions will be found guilty under Companies Act 1965 and the company and the company’s directors shall be compounded and/or be charged at court.
- If business owners intend to discontinue company operation, they can proceed to voluntary winding up under section 254 Companies Act 1965 or to appeal for strike off under section 308 Companies Act 1965.

根据1965年公司法令第143（1）条，先生/女士需于截止日期前（请参考我们每一年发出的股东大会通知信）召开公司常年股东大会。
1965年公司法令下的条款：

附注
- 所有公司包括休眠公司或未运作公司都须遵守以上条规。如有违例，公司及董事可以在1965年公司法令下面临罚款和/或被控上法庭。
- 如若公司无意继续经营，可于1965年公司法令第254章节下进行自愿清盘或在1965年公司法令第308章节下申请公司除名。
