Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) Incentive for Discounted Compound up to 80%
Kindly be informed that Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) has offered up to 80% discount on “Notice of Compound” issued.
As stated in SSM website, this incentive is valid until 31/12/2015 with progressive reduction in discount offered.
Period of the payment made – Discount rate*
- 09/09/2015 – 30/09/2015 – 80%
- 01/10/2015 – 31/10/2015 – 70%
- 01/11/2015 – 30/11/2015 – 60%
- 01/12/2015 – 31/12/2015 – 50%
* Note: The discount rate is based on the original compound value.
Company and Directors can go to:
- Level 26, Bahagian Pematuhan, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, Menara SSM @ Sentral, No. 7 Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50623 Kuala Lumpur, or
- Any SSM state office to get the discount.

根据马来西亚公司委员会（SSM）网页，SSM将给予相关的罚款高达80%折扣。
SSM将会根据缴交罚款日期以逐步减少折扣率（请参考以下图表）。此罚款折扣有效至2015年12月31日。
