Royal Malaysian Custom in July 2015 has issued latest DG’s Decision on claiming input tax on electricity and water expenses invoiced/billed under the owner of property’s name.
Kindly be reminded that claiming input tax on electricity and water expenses will be subject to term & condition [Reference: Decision (iii) (aa) to (ee)].
